What you’ll need:
Emily and Tasha (get it? Emisha? Yeah, clever, I know) live in Illinois and Nebraska, respectively, but used to live together in Minnesota. During the two odd years they spent under the same roof, the ladies developed a mutual love of velociraptors, driving across the state line to go shopping, mixing vodka with sports drinks, and trying to cook things beyond their abilities.
Now that they live in different states, they’ve decided to pool their recipes in one place, and not just to lower the amount of times they post their nightly menus on Twitter.
These are meals cooked for one, two or three people, prepared by cooks who have no formal training, and probably don’t know the difference between dicing, mincing and chopping.
But don’t blame them if you burn your kitchen down. Not their fault.
