Strawberry and Raspberry HOMEMADE Cake
This is what to do when you have too much time on your hands and just want to make something productive by hand.
Also, just to let you all in on a little secret: I’m the lesser half of this cooking duo. Also, I do not have a prime camera so the pictures might be either non-existent, cell-phone worthy, or featuring a nicely lit picture of half-eaten food. This does not mean that I love this...

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-1 uncooked pie crust
-3 eggs, beaten
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 cup Karo light corn syrup

This may or may not be the most unhealthy pie ever, in the history of pies. But, of course, that means it is the most delicious. Also, super easy.
I MUST WARN YOU, THOUGH- If you like to place a couple decorative pecans...

-1 pre-made pizza crust
-Olive oil

-Parmesan
-Thyme
Most of this recipe is prep with the vegetables, but it’s all pretty simple. First thing, boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, until they’re soft when you poke them with a fork. Set them aside to cool down while you work...

-1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (Please note that while adding the brown sugar, you MUST sing the Rolling Stones.)

Lonely Shrimp Over Pasta (Cooks for 2)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-Shrimp! I used 1/2 lb. of medium sized, cooked, de-veined, tail-on shrimp (more than 2 people would need more). You can use raw or unprepared shrimp, but I usually go for the already ready stuff because de-veining shrimp myself means I have to think about what I’m cutting out…
-Fresh basil, chopped. I used just a handful that I bought in a package...

What you'll need:
Emily and Tasha (get it? Emisha? Yeah, clever, I know) live in Illinois and Nebraska, respectively, but used to live together in Minnesota. During the two odd years they spent under the same roof, the ladies developed a mutual love of velociraptors, driving across the state line to go shopping, mixing vodka with sports drinks, and trying to cook things beyond their abilities.
Now that they...
